I did not keep it. Purchased this same luggage twice and both were very noticeably used and damaged and subsequently returned. With such poor quality control, I won’t be purchasing luggage from this site anymore.

Misleading and Confusing Dimensions in the Specs

I was looking to buy a suitcase as a checked bag. I ended up buying the Freeform Medium Spinner because the specs say the overall (external) dimensions are 27.9in H x 19.6in L x 13.4in W. I thought it should be the size of a large checked bag.
After I got it, the tag says it's a 24" Spinner with size 24in H x 18in L x 11.5in W. It's actually closer to the size of a carry-on. What exactly are external dimensions and internal dimensions in Samsonite's product specs? Normally people would think airlines' limit on size is about external dimensions. Your specs on dimensions are very misleading and confusing.
For flights in the US, Freeform Medium Spinner is too big for a carry-on and too small for a checked bag. Now I'm stuck with this awkward-sized bag 2 days before departure. For those who want to buy Freeform Medium Spinner, avoid buying it. Either buy the large one or the carry-on one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This suitcase is so nice! I love the design, and the pattern inside and matching info tag is pretty. I love the way it moves so smoothly, I can spin it in circles effortlessly with 2 fingers and it just glides. It's really light and has an extra little zipper part to expand the amount it holds. The way the zipper pulls clip into the lock is also really nice. Inside there are a couple of zipper areas which will come in handy as well. Overall, this is a great suitcase and seems to be made really well! It looks and feel nice and sturdy. I love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Top notch quality, low weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 3 of these for our trip to Canada. With the weight limit for flights we needed something sturdy and light weight, which fit the bill in strides.

Cannot yet comment how reliable it is, as I received the luggage locked. Couldn't reset the code; came with no instructions or anything to reset/open with. Will have to make a trip to a repair center. Thank you for wasting my timing.

I bought 4 of these in different sized. They were stylish but the surface were terribly designed. Don't have any resistance of wear and tear at all. The good part are they are light and can be expanded.

Cons: Easily showed intensive scrach, Poor Quality

Can't wait to use this but concerned about airline restrictions on dimensions. This is measuring 66 inches and total and most airlines have a 62 inch limit. Has anyone ever been charged for oversized baggage with this luggage?
