Outstanding Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to 85” Samsung 8K tv and could not be happier! Was watching on a 60” and couldn’t believe how great the Samsung upgrade has made to our TV watching experience. Love having the solar remote that never needs batteries. Setup was very easy and user friendly. Would definitely recommend Samsung TV to anyone who enjoys watching shows with a high definition picture.

Overall not what I expected

Very bright, so I have no complaints there.
Resolution: great when it works. I have had some instance where the movie is so pixilated and it take some time to adapt.
Contrast with AI can be very generic/fake but still very good. Change from the AI to a specific movie mode fixes this.
Its very very immersive with h q-symphony. LOVE it
Overall its good quality. It gets very pixilated on some videos especially with live or scheduled TV- Occasionally with other streaming platforms. I have fiber internet at 1G and can stream games well without lag; so I'm not sure if that was an issue but it seems to work well with gaming so far.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Buffering during streaming is typically related to internet speed or signal strength. This can happen when your connection isn’t able to deliver data quickly enough for smooth playback.

We recommend the following steps to help improve streaming performance:
1. Use a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection, if available
2. Try a wired LAN connection for more stability
3. Reposition your router to minimize obstacles between it and the TV
4. Make sure your TV is running the latest firmware (Settings > Support > Software Update)
5. Run Device Care to optimize performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

If buffering continues, you may want to contact your internet service provider to check your current speed or explore upgrade options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been SO thoroughly impressed with the 65” Neo QLED 8K QN900. The picture quality is absolutely stunning..!
Upscaled resolution brings out details I didn’t even know I was missing. Colors are vibrant, and the contrast is top-notch, especially with the Vision AI technology that automatically optimizes content. The design is sleek, and it makes my living room look cooler than it deserves to. Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or just streaming my favorite shows, this TV takes the experience to a whole new level. Definitely a game-changer for home entertainment!
