Lacks usability and picture quality!

Picture quality is not as good as I hoped. We expected for this price for it to be better than it is. Also the extra boxes and parts are a problem. I don't like the setup and the picture is not made better because of the extra hardware. We needed a better in home install they didn't know how to set up the TV or even what it needed to work. We are very disappointed in the the product and the in home installation because they couldn't explain how the TV worked or even what codes were needed for the TV.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv I do everything from gaming to work to family time movie nights and not just viewing purposes the sound is amazing and expandable . this is by far in my experience the best tv I have ever seen best of every world sleek sexy bold durable smart simple and priced great. and it's not very heavy at all for a rest easy placement you won't have to build another wall to hold your wall to hold your tv . chance ɓe if I am this impressed then it won't be long and they will be poof gone like .6
