When it comes to gaming or just wanting to chill and watch a movie, I'm always satisfied with Samsung's capabilities. With the AI upscaling, it takes picture quality to the next level.

I love it!! The TV it replaced was Samsung's 1st or one of their 1st Smart TVs I purchased over 10 years ago. It suddenly died on me. I hope to get at least 10 years out of this one. Samsung is definitely my 'go-to' for smartphones, home electronics & appliances.

Great tv except for remote

The picture quality of this 43 inch tv is outstanding. Colors are very vivid and crisp. Tv is very easy to navigate to all the features (except as noted below). Other tvs I’ve hadin the room don’t come close to the performance of this tv.
The only complaint I have is the remote. It seems like Samsung cheaped out on this. Buttons are very small. There are no fast forward or reverse buttons (although you can do this using the ring but this is very difficult to use)
Because of this I rate this tv a 4.5.

Great Tv. would recommend

Bought this in an 85 inch and it's pretty awesome. I had my last Samsung tv for about 6 years and decided I wanted to upgrade to a larger size. The picture quality is terrific. in the daylight, it is quite good. I really like the matte finish that reduces all reflections. This is great in a bright room. The only issue I would complain about is the cheap plastic remote. With daily use, this may break in a year or so. The Tizen operating system is ok. I plan on switching to apple tv once the new one comes out. I would also recommend that for music streaming, that Samsung provide a lossless output. This would put the tv ahead of the competition. Great tv, highly recommend.

Great but some unhappy moments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought this TV for my living room with lot of sun light. I don't know some how I feel not satisfied with the quality of picture. Some time it is great and sometimes very dull. Is this experience for every one or for me?
Resolution is good and refresh rate seems to be pretty normal.
