I was roasting peppers (non spicy) on one of the pans from the set we bought only a few ago, and the nonstick coating disintegrated to the point you see the metal underneath.

I purchased these pots and pans about three weeks ago, and one of the pots had some scratches on inside of the pot. I have not used the total set of pot and pans so should I be getting a refund on my purchase. It states an limited warranty seventeenth sets like I said I have not used some of the cookware apparently it was damaged. You asked how about my cookware does it perform? Well it sticks and doesn’t appear to be easy to remove as you said it would.

I purchased this set after Hurricane Harvey destroyed everything and I thought it would be a good starter set. However I am very disappointed. The lid handles get so hot that one needs a hotpad to take the lid off for turning or stirring. The “colander” has so few holes that it does not drain well and it is not very deep...will not hold much!

I bought this 4 months ago. I am extremely happy with these pots and pans. They measure up in everyway. No matter what I cook nothing sticks. Very little oil or butter is needed when cooking. The flavor that my food retains is great. This is the best set of cookware I have ever owned and I believe they will last for more than just a few years. They were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Cusiniart!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my Chef's Classic purchase for several reasons. First the sturdiness of the pots, skillets and lids. Then the see-through glass lids that allow me to check on my food without removing the lid. I also have learned that I do not need to use as high a flame (as I did with previous pots) on my gas stove to get perfect results. Finally, I have determined that food cooks/reheats faster and evener in this amazing cookware!
