Nonstick for sure. Use a little bit of butter before cooking eggs and they slide right off. The only downside is handwashing vs. dishwasher but small price to pay for ease of use!

I’m giving this set 5 ⭐️ the non stick coating is wonderful I absolutely love cooking with them. Very easy cleanup, nothing sticks to them. The handles do get hot when cooking on stovetop, the trade off is you wouldn’t be able to use the lids in the oven if needed. I only hand wash them. This set replaces a worn out 25 yr old set. At first I was disappointed the lids wouldn’t stack upside down in the skillets due to the height of the handles, I soon discovered they are easier to pick the lid up when setting aside while cooking without getting burned. I like that! I bought a second small skillet to use when I cook my breakfast. I’m glad I purchased this set. I bought them at Christmas time on a big sale. 😃 I would definitely recommend them.

Vendor represented this as dishwasher safe. But the paperwork with them says they are not and when put in dishwasher they look like they are years old even though we have only have them since Christmas
