Great set of pans. Heat much more evenly than my old set. The only thing about them is that the lid handles are not insulated and get very hot.

I absolutely love my new Cuisinart 17-Piece Cookware Set. It's been about 10 years since I've bought new cookware and wow! What a difference this set makes. It's lightweight, cooks evenly and cleans up easily. I love all the different sizes and that the cookware can go into the oven. The handles stay cool on the sauce pans and the frying pans but the little handles on the pots and the lids get hot. You will need to use a potholder.

No limits to what you can cook with this well-crafted and intelligently designed 17-piece cookware set from Cuisinart! All pots are oven safe to 500° while the lids are oven safe to 350°. The titanium reinforced cooking surface will last a lifetime. The aluminum core heats up quickly and disperses the heat evenly, allowing for no wasted time in cooking. The hard anodized exterior is easy to clean, and pleasing to the senses, while the handles are made of stay-cool, stainless steel, which are functional, and pleasing as well. *note* the steel handles on the lids will heat up significantly, so always handle with heat-protective gloves, or mitts when cooking.
