Absolutely love love this Cuisinart collection! Pans are weighted nicely with handles. The cook is very even and clean up is a breeze no matter what I cook in them. A big plus is how cool the handles stay while cooking. Definitely recommend this nonstick hard anodized chef's classic Cuisinart set!

The lids get SO HOT!!! If you leave them on while cooking something. I’ve burned my hand so many times because I forget to grab it with a pot holder. If I knew this ahead of time, I would have bought something else

Cuisinart Cookware Continues to Offer Quality

I am so pleased with the craftsmanship of the cookware. I was very aware of Cuisinart and knew it would be a really great cookware to purchase. I did not know about the hard anodized until I began looking for my purchase, as I had not sought out cookware since Cuisinart was all stainless steel. I cooked in the pots for the first time about 4 days after receiving the set and I was so pleased with the outcome. I added to the set already by purchasing the 12 qt. stock pot. The one thing I am going to do is to get non-stick utensils. The pots are not scratched but I can see where I used my metal utensils. I highly suggest the cookware.
