This is truly NON-STICK cookware. . I love it. I love that it’s heavier than my other cookware so less likely to warp. It heats evenly because it sits evenly my cooktop

Exterior scratches easily and this set is very thin. Not a good heavy duty set that can stand up to daily use. Fine for occasional use though.
