They cook evenly and clean up easily! Only complaint would be that there are so many different sized lids. But, that’s the least of our worries as they do a great job on our gas stove!

Love the new set....they really seem to distribute the heat well and cook evenly...I was a little skeptical about the handles getting hot, but they don't at all....very happy so far!

This set is amazing! It cooks evenly and nothing sticks to them. My husband cooked on one of the pans the other night and had some veggies burn a bit on it. And I didn’t even need to scrub the pan. Rinsed it off with warm water and it all came right off. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because my small pan isn’t completely flat and rocks a little bit when I cook on it. A little annoying.
