LOVE my Chef's Classic™ Nonstick Hard Anodized Set

I love these pots and pans! They are sturdy, heavy, and non-stick. The pot handles don't heat up unless the pot is used on a burner larger than the pot or in the oven.
These pots and pans need to be hand washed, but they are super easy to clean. I recommend using a soft sponge or dishrag as I've noticed they scratch easily. I used a brush to clean them one evening (that I use on my cast iron skillets) and I noticed some light scratches so I switched to a sponge. I'm not sure why I felt the need to scrub because everything wipes away easily. LOVE this set!

Great set of cookware! Very light, well-made, and heat up quick and thoroughly with no hot spots as heat dissipates evenly. The lid handles can/do get hot so have a hot pad or oven mit on hand before reaching for them!

It's been several years since I purchased an entire set of new cookware but a new ceramic top range merited this fabulous set! The Chef's Classic set has a beautiful, sleek, non-stick design with a size for everything along with lovely glass lids to keep an eye on my progress. In addition, Cuisinart takes the time to discuss the correct usage of these items in order to get the most out of them. Making minor changes to the way I cook - like not using the highest heat setting or putting them in the dishwasher - have not been difficult adjustments. Even heating, super non-stick, and proper-fitting lids are more reasons to recommend this set.
