This cookware is exactly what I expected. It has a great variety of pot/pan sizes, and the quality of the cookware, including the lids, is high. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because when you hand dry the bottom or wipe it with a cloth, there is a gray residue that comes off even when it is clean. This is odd. It could be because it is new and it will eventually go away. But it does not happen inside the cookware. I really do love this cookware.

within the first 6mths of owning.. The exterior coating has bled off the pots and fry pans that I use most and one of the frying pans, cooking onions... alone, no oils... now that one pan everything sticks to the pan. FYI: I hand wash (Dawn Dish detergent) OR use dishwasher w/cascade.

I loved this set when I first got it but you wouild have to send it in every year to keep the antistick cover. I was so disappointed when it started being just like every other set that I have ever owned.

The small plastic pieces that are between the lid an handles are coming out! I use nothing but wooden utensils, and I have a few scratches on a fry pan I frequently use. I just purchased the pans in the beginning of November. It is just the end of November. I really thought I was getting pretty much top of the line cookware with Cuisinart.
