This is a great Pizza oven for the cost and convenience. It works great, the recipes in the book that comes along with it are good to. It is a big thing to keep on the counter. I love pizza, and this makes it easy to have it quick and often. Crust comes out with a good crisp. and cheese and toppings are melted and hot. Very happy with this gift!

Heats up extremely quick. Cooks perfect without burning because light and window are a great addition. Would be nice if the timer went in minute increments instead of set limits. Also ive been a chef for over 25yr.....the metal pizza peel is nice for removal but not suitable for getting pizza in...wood is ALWAYS better.....otherwise an amaing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my birthday this year. We’ve always used a Cuisinart toaster oven to cook pizza and it did a nice job for several years. This pizza oven makes such a difference tho! We are still experimenting with temperature and time but all of it is delicious. As the pizza oven heats up, I prep our pizzas (I pre bake my homemade crust to make it easier to transfer to the oven) then pop in the pizza! It’s done in 4 minutes!! The crust is just how we like it- crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We tried the pistachio pesto recipe from the included guide and that was amazing too! I’m looking forward to scrumptious pizzas all year!

After watching the online reviews I was hesitant to buy, but with the sale price being so low it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Only a fraction of what the others cost. Being from NYC and having worked in a pizza shop for 2 years, I have a strong preference for NY Style Pizza. Most of my at home pizza experience is on a Kamado style cooker that I keep at 650 to 700 degrees. This electric pizza oven is an excellent alternative that can be used in the home (rainy days, no charcoal) on the fly or taken on the road when we go glamping (primary purpose for buying). I set it to 650 and made my first two Pizzas. takes about 25 to 30 min to reach full temp. At temp, these Pizzas cooked in exactly 7 minutes. 2 minutes between pizza worked, next time will give it 5 minutes between pizza. I felt the second pizza could have been a touch crisper on the bottom. The peel is metal so I recommend it for pizza recovery only, not launching. Buy yourself a 12inch wood peel for launching.

As a 40 year old single male who doesnt cook, i always considered myself somewhat of a frozen pizza connoisseur. Well no longer now that i have this Cuisinart Pizza Oven. With the right ingredients this thing makes magic. Never going frozen again. Get one. You wont regret it.
