Heats up extremely quick. Cooks perfect without burning because light and window are a great addition. Would be nice if the timer went in minute increments instead of set limits. Also ive been a chef for over 25yr.....the metal pizza peel is nice for removal but not suitable for getting pizza in...wood is ALWAYS better.....otherwise an amaing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pizza baking is at a much higher level with the Cuisinart pizza oven. I love how I can use it indoors or out on the deck. Already have impressed friends by the professional quality the oven delivers. I'm also pleased with the ovens footprint. Easily fit into my kitchen, just slightly larger than a toaster oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my birthday this year. We’ve always used a Cuisinart toaster oven to cook pizza and it did a nice job for several years. This pizza oven makes such a difference tho! We are still experimenting with temperature and time but all of it is delicious. As the pizza oven heats up, I prep our pizzas (I pre bake my homemade crust to make it easier to transfer to the oven) then pop in the pizza! It’s done in 4 minutes!! The crust is just how we like it- crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We tried the pistachio pesto recipe from the included guide and that was amazing too! I’m looking forward to scrumptious pizzas all year!

I tried and tried to get the dough off the peel. It was a disaster. First time, I used flour on the peel. Still couldn’t slide it off. Used spatulas to finagle it off. Second time, i tried cornmeal, it finally slid in, onto itself, but not before half of the cheese and sauce came off first. Burnt on cheese is impossible to get off the stone. Bought a pizza stone scraper, tried a bunch of suggestions from YouTube. But it’s still unusable. ( though I haven’t tried the burn it off method). So, there it sits on my counter, as I stare longingly at it.

I had been researching indoor pizza ovens for a while, but couldn't convince myself to pay a grand for one. When I found this one, I had to give it a shot and wasn't disappointed. Internal temp hits 700 degrees F and fluffs/crisps the pizza nicely. Warning though, don't use too much flour when sliding the pizza in because the really high temperature burns the flour almost immediately. But that applies to basically any pizza oven. Overall, I'm really happy Cuisinart released this affordable option!

I only have a problem with the stone… nice white and clean until your very first pizza, then it just gets worse. Then you can’t submerge it in water, supposedly ruins its ability to crisp the crust. I’ve used the oven about a dozen times… and it’s time for a new stone. Other than that, love the oven
