I did a lot of searching of pizza ovens before we bought one. Some of the more expensive ones were actually not rated well. When you looked at them in person they felt cheap. So after reading review for this one, I decided to give it a try. We absolutely love it. It was a great investment and lives up to its name. We had family over a few time now and had a pizza party. We actually just bought our oldest son and his girlfriend I e for Christmas. Can’t wait to give it to them. Hands down this over cooks like it says and is well made.

I still haven’t got the hang of it. I have many cuisinart products and generally love them all. Not the can opener. I have made my own pizza for years and was quite excited about the indoor pizza maker. There is still hope that i will end up loving it. I don’t like the paddle that comes with the appliance. No matter what i do the pizza sticks and I have a mess. I like a wooden paddle more and have ordered one. The pizza cooks so quickly that prep for next pizza is difficult.

Let's put things in context. A professional quality pizza oven is expensive in a home kitchen is too expensive and takes up too much space. An outdoor pizza oven is fine during the summer and requires a long trip between one's kitchen and the patio. Therefore, the Cuisinart indoor pizza oven is a perfect compromise. Using 1,800 watts, the oven can reach temperature well above the 500°F of a conventional oven and has the space to make a 12± inch pizza within a few minutes. I have made about 20 pizzas since I purchased my oven. All were easy to insert and remove from the oven. All were much better than those I make in my large oven -- which consumes far more power. But wait, there's more. Although it may be called a pizza oven, it's really a countertop oven. Therefore, I use it when I want to bake small items and do not want to heat my large oven.

We made the best home pizza ever thanks to this awesome indoor pizza oven! It's a great size for a personal 12" pizza and much more.. I was really pleased that all that 600° internal temp was tightly contained and on the outside you'd never know how hot it was, hardly any residual heat leaked out, only warm to touch. We highly recommend this, especially for sports fans!! I have to practice using the peel, and will make a Chicago-style pizza with the additional pan.

We love this oven. So easy to use indoors with no gas or propane. The pizza's come out better than you can buy. Super fun for a crowd. Some stores sell ready to use raw pizza dough so you don't have to even make the dough which is easy anyway.
