Nearly Perfect Pizza

I recently purchased this pizza oven and was quite impressed. My first pie was a pepperoni pizza completely from scratch. Wow!!! I couldn't believe how evenly it cooked and my energy consumption meter was very satisfied as well. The smell of freshly cooked pizza is always a great experience but the wait is usually torture. With this oven it cut the time in half . I can cook a full frozen pizza or scratch pie in half the time with twice the result. Its fairly typical counter space consumption obviously but the radiant heat from the unit seemed to be less. I would defiantly recommend this unit if you want a nearky perfect pizza.

A friend of mine has this in their kitchen and invited us over for a pizza party night. We all got to hand make our pizzas and use this oven. It produced that crispy brick oven style crust that I love. I now want one.
