We are so pleased with this hood. The design is really nice and it is exceptionally quiet. We can actually hold a conversation while it is on. The customer service is also exceptional; they were very responsive to my questions and concerns over a damaged part. Overall, we are really happy with this high-end hood extractor.

Beautiful, functional, except for the light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range hood delivers on its promise to remove smoke and steam from the cooking area. It looks beautiful, too - a real centerpiece for our new kitchen. However, the cooking light is a big disappointment - very dim, too dim. Is there a way to retrofit a brighter light? Or will I need to add my own batter-powered magnetic-mounted light on the inside.
