Doesn't work

Waste of money
$45 50 mile amplified antenna doesn't work
$220 120 km antenna that I had in the country and I still get nothing
So now that I bought an antenna twice I get to buy a converter box twice
And the pin from one of the rca cables fell out on its own,
Cheap junk keep looking and buy something else

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bare bones but works

I bought this a week ago and it's the most bare-bones digital receiver you could ever get which is great if you want to watch over-the-air TV stations on a CRT but my complaints about the digital receiver are that the power supply is too short so I have to run an extension cord to make up for the few inches that I need to be able to reach my TV and the digital clock that's built into the digital receiver uses the 24-hour format and you can't change it which becomes annoying because I'm not familiar with the 24-hour format for clocks and I wish there was an option to be able to switch the clock to the 12-hour format.
P.S. if you own a VCR then I would recommend running the digital receiver through the VCR and use blank VHS tapes to be able to record episodes of TV shows
I would recommend this to a friend!
