I had a wonderful experience with purchasing this massage chair. The ordering process was seamless and the distributor messages to confirm delivery address was excellent. It arrived in 4 days and was undamaged and in perfect condition. Setting it up was simple because the distributor sent a link for a utube video that was extremely helpful. Without that, the instructions would have been more difficult to figure out. They also sent a link for the start up and basis operations of the chair. Well done.
The tablet is easy to use user friendly.
As for the quality of massage, nothing short of 10 out of 10. The range of massage is impressive and the heat adds an extra nice touch. The Ai voice controls work well and the cordless charger and Bluetooth is perfect for listening to music.
I highly recommend this product.
My only complaint is that the day it arrived, it went on sale and was cheaper than my original purchase price. A bit of a slap in the face.

I was skeptical at first, but this chair genuinely helps with my chronic back pain. The stretching programs and deep 4D motion loosen muscles that normally stay tight. It feels like a professional therapeutic massage, especially for the lower back and hips.
I researched and compared many massage chairs before purchasing this one, and I’m glad I chose the MT398 4D.
