The keys on the control panel are very hard t see

The control panel is not lit, and it is very hard to read out the keys even in the daytime. I would not have bought this model if I had known this.

Hot product

Unit seems to work OK. The control panel, display, is difficult to read. It’s very small print with poor contrast.
The exterior case gets hotter than any microwave I have ever owned in my 72 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your product sells in the US Virgin Islands a US territory, but there is no listing in your drop for us or other territories like Puerto Rico. We deserve the same coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this microwave and am enjoying it greatly. It is sleek, fits nicely on countertop. It works great, heats well and quickly.

Just replaced our old microwaves today with this one. Seems nice. Haven’t had a chance to use it much yet.
