Very good quality product, easy to install and convenient.
"The unfortunately inherent nature of single arm mounts is that they can become uneven with movement." So when you level the TV with the arm extended and then push it back to the wall the TV becomes uneven.
Kanto recommend to "Your best option would be to adjust the level of the TV to a happy medium, or to the position where it will be used the most."
I would recommend this to a friend!
