Amazing!

My 83 year old mother enjoys the smooth ride. She says it’s better than the one she rode at rehab and she thought it was great. I’m so glad she has it. We don’t have to worry about her falling off her regular exercise bike. Thank you! It did come in several pieces . It took my husband and grandson about two hours to put it together but everything went together perfectly. Thanks for a great product! :pray: God bless you!

I really like my elliptical. The only thing is, after being on it for longer that 30 minutes, it starts making a loud squeaking noise.

I’ve been in touch with Sunny Health several times since I purchased it in 4/23. I’ve replaced all the bearings as per instructions and still am having noise problems.

What we like about recumbant cross trainer

Used fr 80yr old with stiff joints, shaffle walk pattern. It is easy for her to adjust the seat as she is short legged, and round short with short arms. Easy for her to step over the main bar on floor to seat self. She feels quite safe mounting and unmounting cycle. So far engineers did a good job on design. Dave P Toledo OH

Bike assembly went well

Bike assembly took 4 days as I completed the 8 steps, 2 steps a day. Only help I had was getting it off the porch and into the foyer where I completed the assembly. I have 2 parts left over a R and L plastic cup like shape. Can you tell me where they fit.

EXTREMELY DIS Appointed. Do not buy this unless you have PHD in assemely engineering. Would not purchase agin iff I would have known 48 parts required for assembly.

Pulse display not working.

Can't figure out how to use the sensors on the seat handles to see pulse on the screen. Nothing in the manual and phone call to your technical help person no help. All the cables are connected properly and the screen shows other things. Need written directions on how the pulse/heartbeat sensors work and display on the screen. Otherwise this thing a waste of money.
