Well made and enjoyable

I really enjoy this exercise machine. It's so smooth without the slightest jarring on any joints. The only change I would make is if the resistance cords could have more options because even the most resistance is still quite weak.

Resistance cable frays easily

It’s a fun little machine. However, the resistance band is completely frayed after having it less than a year. I can’t seem to find the replacement part so I’m going to have to get rid of the machine because once the cord breaks I can’t imagine the machine will provide a good workout. Bummer.

The most low impact while gaining a little cardio and strengthening.

I love it! I can get a jogging in without feeling pain in my feet or back! My knee that dislocates feels a little bit sore and loose afterwards, but it’s the lowest impact while allowing me to go fast and strengthen legs and arms. I usually use it for an hour.

Very disappointed. Handles too short. Stride length too short. Base too small. The only good thing about it is it's very solidly built
