The most low impact while gaining a little cardio and strengthening.

I love it! I can get a jogging in without feeling pain in my feet or back! My knee that dislocates feels a little bit sore and loose afterwards, but it’s the lowest impact while allowing me to go fast and strengthen legs and arms. I usually use it for an hour.

Very disappointed. Handles too short. Stride length too short. Base too small. The only good thing about it is it's very solidly built

Resistance cable frays easily

It’s a fun little machine. However, the resistance band is completely frayed after having it less than a year. I can’t seem to find the replacement part so I’m going to have to get rid of the machine because once the cord breaks I can’t imagine the machine will provide a good workout. Bummer.
