Simple and effective.

The general work out is effective. It's sturdy and still easy to move. Unfortunately it’s squeaky after only 2 uses. Would be nice if equipment lubricant were included with the packaging.

Decent Quality for the Price

I've been using it 3 times a week for around 30-40 minutes over the past 2 weeks. I incorporate 5-10 pound dumbbells into my workouts and "wow" can I feel the burn. I have gained over 30 pounds from menopause and this stepper has helped me fit into my jeans a lot easier. The product would be better if it allowed greater depth in the steps and a better quality calorie counter. It's kind of a pain to keep resetting the counter after every workout. I did notice some squeaking when I adjusted the knob on the front. It might be something that I can fix with WD40 or bolt grease. It's definitely worth trying this product if you need to switch up your workout routine.

I love the workout I get from the machine, but if you use it pretty regularly, it will start making sqeaky noises in no time.
