Too hard to push down pedal

product is sturdy well made that been said, even on the lowest resistance setting, its too hard to push down the pedal. I am a fit person so I know its not because I have a weak legs

Resistance adjustment does not work

It seems to have only one resistance setting, on heavy resistance, turning the knob to adjust resistance does nothing to effect the resistance

Really disappointed

Disappointed. I thought there would be a way to adjust the force needed to step. Instead the only adjustment is step height and I don’t think that is working properly either. The effort needed to step is way too much. If I can’t give it away, it will sit in a closet. Maybe it’s defective. If it’s supposed to be like this, it’s really not a good buy.
