Effortless Yet Challenging

This is by far the best stepper I have ever used because it's sturdy frame leaves me feeling confident in executing my fitness journey despite my weight. Adjusting the step height was a breeze and I love the challenge my legs get from merely a few minutes on the stepper.

Heavy Duty Stepper

This thing weighs a lot. It’s heavy duty and I don’t feel like I’m wasting my time. It’s tough and the step height and resistance are adjustable. The bands are great and they are equivalent to my heavier bands. I had a tough time doing biceps and I usually use 10lb weights.
My husband has an easier time.
I haven’t figured out what the display means beyond steps. The classes are great. You won’t be bored. It’s one I’m glad I bought.

Really disappointed

Disappointed. I thought there would be a way to adjust the force needed to step. Instead the only adjustment is step height and I don’t think that is working properly either. The effort needed to step is way too much. If I can’t give it away, it will sit in a closet. Maybe it’s defective. If it’s supposed to be like this, it’s really not a good buy.

Resistance adjustment does not work

It seems to have only one resistance setting, on heavy resistance, turning the knob to adjust resistance does nothing to effect the resistance
