I just replicated the commercial!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have you ever seen a commercial and wondered is that real? I got the Gotham steel 20 piece set and decided to try it. I was amazed! first a fried egg no butter , the egg fried perfectly. Then i tried fried cheese. no sticking, finally i fried 2 eggs ham and cheese. again no sticking. everything slid right out of the pan and a simple wipe with a dry paper towel was all it took to clear the pan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Truly non-stick cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most truly non-stick cookware that I have ever tried! My family has tested it with every really "sticky" cooking project we can think of, and it has performed beautifully. The promise of not needing oil in the pan is accurate, food just slides right off.
The set has a nice variety of pan shapes and sizes, is a good kitchen starter set. The lids fit securely, and the vent hole keeps them in place, no steam rattling the lids loose. I have been pleasantly surprised by the even heat distribution, having been taught that a heavy pan isbetter than a light one --these pans are easy to handle yet they cook quite evenly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good!

I purchased one in the past and it did not last too long, so first impression of Gotham Steel was not good upon receiving the product.
Frying pans have been used daily and thus far they have been durable and continue to retain the properties you would expect from a non-stick pan.
The test will be how long they will retain the non stick properties by next year.
People usually buy a pan and they expect to keep it a long time, so longevity is a must for a product like this to do well over time.
The pots and pans also appear to be of good quality and have performed well over the short term that I have had them.
I inspected the frying pans for any scratches or wear. I recently found one of the frying pans has a small scratch in the bottom from use. We typically use only plastic spatulas, but one of my daughters may have forgot that rule and used a metal one.
My new impression of Gotham Steel is much better, although the real test is longevity.

The overall number of items that came with this sample was very good, it may have been too much for a sample test. I have not had time to use all the pieces that came with the set, but I have used about half of them and they all performed well, again, as a consumer the real impression will be made a year from now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this set! You get a ton of pieces for a great value. They’re definitely made of a quality non-stick material. Granted, I’ve only been using them for a short time, but I assume that as long as I don’t use metal utensils on them, they should last a good while. Also, this is a small detail, but I really like the color. I’m used to having grey or black and didn’t realize how nice the copper color is until having it. The pots and pans include metal handles which is great if you want to use them in the oven. One of the most exciting things about this set is that the pots are non-stick too! Maybe that’s something you’re used to already, but I’ve been living in the dark ages and my sauces always stick to the bottom of my pots. I haven’t tested out the frying rack thing yet, but I plan to use it soon to make some fried mozzarella sticks :). Anyway, I’ve tossed out most of my other pots and pans, save for a couple, and now I’m only using pieces from this set. Love it!

Fantastic all around set

They look fantastic and will fit in anywhere in any kitchen. The variety ensure you always have the pans you need.

Awesome bakeware set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been reluctant to get such a large bakeware set, but these are a great investment. They are extremely durable and easy to wash and actually non-stick. I used all of the pots and pans, the loaf pan and the baking sheets and all of them still look new after many uses. I highly recommend this to others.

You can tell when cooking and washing the pans and bakeware that these pieces are super high quality. Eggs come out amazing in the frying pans!
The only knock I would give the product is just that the handles are all metal and it can be a little uncomfortable on the hands carrying a heavy pan
