Nonstick For The Win!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used products from Gotham in the past and found the quality is adequate and heavy duty. I remember that you have to use other cookware that won't scratch the pot set and most importantly to control the heat. The quality of this set will last if it's taken care of as directed. I used this set today and my food was evenly cooked and nothing stuck to the pan. I use Pam spray or something to coat it to avoid any sticking. It definitely makes them last longer. The cooking temperature was even, no scorching or burnt anywhere noted on my food. Cooking times were average and matched cooking times from my recipes. This set comes with lids, and a steamer that cooks my broccoli beautifully, yes! It's a great starter set to have or gift.

They are very durable and I know they will last a very long time. These are my favorite pans/pots to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this cookware set last week and first of all, the sizes are perfect for my family's cooking needs, I don't have to go out and buy extra pans to get the size we need. Secondly, they are easily to clean. I know, everything is always "easy to clean" right? I'm always disappointed with my "easy to clean" kitchen ware. These, are literally EASY to clean. Usually a quick rinse (if Eben that) does the job. I'm very impressed. Last, I love the way they look, they just look like they will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Gotham Steel pro Premier Hard Anodized 10 piece cookware is great.I love the way it cooks food evenly and does not let foods stick I like the weight of the pots,other I have are too heavy to move around.The pans are treated three times with the coating process.I like the size of the pans in this set.

This set came with 4 different size lids, 2 different size frying pans, 2 different size quart pans, a large pot, and it also came with a steamer basket. This set is the perfect choice to meet your various cooking needs. They are lightweight and durable. The nonstick coating is excellent! Food does NOT stick making clean up an absolute breeze. I appreciate the rubber handle. Comfortable to hold and doesn’t get hot while cooking. If you are in the market for a great nonstick cookware, this set would make an excellent option.

It truly is nonstick and is great for healthy dishes because it requires non oil or butter and your food is restuarant quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took my time to try out most of pots and pans and also the steamer.The steamer is coming in handy as a strainer for lettuce or pasta.I tried to fry onions and garlic without any oil what should be possible but was adding a little oil to it after a while because the onions made stains in the pan.Otherwise is all easy to use,nothing sticking on the ground and everything came out good.I'm very satisfied with this attractive set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this cookware. I had a ceramic set before, but it seemed to get way to hot and burn everything even on low. The Gotham Steel Pro Pro Premier Hard Anodized set is amazing. NOTHING sticks to it. It just slides right off the pan and is so easy to clean. The best part is it is very conductive, but does not overheat on low and burn like my other pots and pans. The steamer pot is an added bonus that works gerat for brocolli or other veggies. And they haven't scratched at all even with metal utensils (used gently).
