Lid issue

I’ve had my big kettle for over 7 years absolutely love it however when steaming the vegetables the lid doesn’t fit properly. Please update the lid with a cutout for the steam basket bar. Also a small hole in the lid for steam.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Twice disappointed

This is my second version of this multi-cooker. Both version of the interior began to deteriorate. I used a wooden spoon and no harsh to clean it. Please fix this issue

Good but not long lasting.

I love this fryer. It is big enough and very good. I used it 3-4x a week. The only downside is that after a while the control heat died and the cost to replace the control heat cord is as much as purchasing a new one set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ps, I think that your control is getting hot a cutting off and will not keep the temperature up

The Control Master® heat control on your Presto® griddle will cycle on and off - this is normal. The heat will rise to the selected temperature and then cycle itself off. This pattern will continue throughout the duration of cooking to maintain the temperature. If your control is not working properly, please call us at 1-800-877-0441 so we can help you.
