Great Sound but connection Issue

Love the sound quality and material these earbuds are made of. But my only concern using them for 2 days now has been the connectivity. Buds keep cutting off during music play and then eventually cut off completely until reinserted into the case. Already factory reset 3 times since I purchased them but issue still persists.

Great but a little skippy

I bought these after my airport pros went out on me (hissing constantly) and I didn't have the funds to replace them. I've loved Jlabs for a while and the only issues I've found is every once in a while (since day of purchase) they skip or one headphone acts as if the signal is being interupted even with a strong wifi signal and my phone being next to the headphones.

I bought this headphones because they were small and the reviews seemed amazing on such high value from a little earbud. The reviews are right and I'm happy I brought them. I just have to find the right size for my ear.
