I like the fit and sound but the controls are difficult to operate because of how far the buds go into the ear they are not designed to fit in the ear and be controlled without having to move your ear.

Cuts Out

One of my buds specifically cuts out a lot and I just both them today. Long time Jlab user and have several of the other models. I like the sound and functionality of the minis just unfortunate they cut out.

Not living up to needs

Ear buds will start to make audio go in and out while still at medium or higher battery capacity.
Left ear bud is either not taking a charge or no longer pairing. Right bud still works.
Tried several times to forget and re-pair failing each time. Don't seem to take a charge (no Blue light when placed in charge box)
