3rd pair in almost 4 years

First pair of battery started only last in an hour or two so I file warranty on them. They sent me another prayer that pair we're good for about six months then the battery started doing the same thing now on and off one of the earbuds won't charge at all and now the good earbud that will charge won't connect to my phone. I love how small they are. I can sleep in them so I purchased a third pair.

The ear buds are great. Seem to have quality sound. Comes with different size cushions which is a plus. The only issue I am having is connecting to the app and getting the updates needed.

noise cancelling, yeah okay!!!

the "noise cancelling" feature is a joke. it does no such thing regarding noise cancellation. the "aware" feature is hilarious as it completley drowns out the intended audio. Instead, replaces it with what sounds like the surrounding atmosphere is being broadcasted through a megophone and your head is inside of it.
I will be returning the JBUDS SPORT ANC 4 true wireless earbuds at my earliest convenience for a full refund.
