Sounds tinny and very little bass. I would like to give your company another chance and am willing to pay a little more for better sound quality. Any suggestions?

these earbuds have a lot more features than my airpods pro. the one thing they don't have is noise cancellation, but honestly i don't think i ever really used it except in the beginning. these are better in my opinion and experience!

Honestly, I'm pretty bummed that I bought these. I usually buy cheaper earbuds, because I use them at work, and they are easy to lose. I paid up this time, and shouldn't have. The sound is good, but the battery life is the worst I've ever experienced. I had to charge these every couple of hours.
