Hash trouble staying connected when using movie mode, as in the audio cuts in and out and have now started saying they are connecting while my phone is on my person.

Good sound, excellent Bluetooth, hard to find instructions

I'm pleased with the sound (for music), with several equalizer settings easily changed. Bluetooth connectivity to multiple devices works well. Basic instructions are lacking. The box has some graphics, but who knows what they mean. There is NO link provided to the online instructions, in or on the package. Once you find the instructions online, everything is fine.

Great size but some sound issues compared to standard jlab headphones

I love the small size of these, and initially thought the sound quality was good, but after not having them long I've had lots of issues with the sound suddenly going too quiet even though on max sound, and the sound jumping between left and right ears. The touch sensors may also be too sensitive, sometimes brushing it by accident or my hair touching it pauses the music or turns the volume down. One thing I found is that the earbuds sound works independently of the volume settings on phone or tablet, and this at times has been why it shows being max sound but is very very quiet in my ears.. I don't think I would recommend these ear buds until these issues are ironed out. It's a shame as these were not issues with my last pair of jlab pop buds, and these are much more comfortable for my small ears.
