Battery not charging after 1 month

ONe ear plug says it's fully charged then disconnects after 60 seconds. THe other doesn't seem to charge now after one months use.

They sound good and feel firm on the ear. They are very sensitive and could see that being a problem but i will try them lut for a while

Software problems

I bought 1 ½ years ago, the sound is great but it has some serios software problems, it disconnects and connencts without doing anything, sometimes on side stops playing music but it's still on (the buttons work with the respectiv sound), once the earbuds were not able to syncronize, had to reset them completely.
But for the price, most of the time, they do their job and are extreme small and perfect for taking them anywhere or having on the keychain

Buds are amazing and have a confort fit but after a week or two they start to connect and disconect like cutting off i dont know what it is but its kind of annoying.Ive bought 5 sets of these cause i end up loosing them last 3 sets have been doing that cutting off thing hope they fix what ever it is other then that they are awesome

Very comfortable! Stay in my ear with no problems. I have very uncooperative ear canals and most buds don't work well for me. These fit great and sound better
