My headphones were working good for the time that I have had them, but recently the left earbud does have any audio. I have attempted the factory reset but the earbud does not seem reactive to my touches to reset it now.

Set up using the website, straightforward even for a dinosaur. Ran in them today, easy to adjust volume, pause etc. Very comfortable, no vibration or shake. Feel very secure. (Yet to try in rain but look closed so no problems expected. )
