Doesn’t work?

The touch controls did not work following the Quick Start Guide. The swipe volume control is working. So Im trying to troubleshoot and really hoping I can work it out because I'm looking forward to the potentially great earbuds.

The earbuds are not falling out while I am working out or running. I the sounds is pretty good, I wish the noice cancellation was better but nothing awful to complain about, I didn't have to charge them for 2 weeks but once the buds started to die they would start to cut in and out for a second and then go back to normal

Sound quality straight out of the box is tinny . Volume is too quiet when cranked up . ONN brand is better
