I struggle with all kinds of earbuds due to having smaller than average ears. After a short time I of wearing other styles I am left with ear ache but so far these have been more comfortable with the smallest ear sleeves

Great and love the noise cancellation. The only problem is that wearing for a long time causes slight pain in the earlobe
