Sound is great when it works

The right earbud quit working 5 minutes after I opened the box. It cracked and had a lot of static and now there's no sound. The left earbud works great and the sound is fantastic for only being in one ear.

The color pink that was chosen for these earbuds is perfect. I enjoy the be aware mode for when I go on hikes and walks. For the price of these earbuds, it's amazing how many features they have. I would say I prefer them over Apple AirPods.

Whomever designed this did an "ok" job. You should really put big ports on both earbuds and then reverse the speakers magnetic side out and have it ported right in front of that reverse facing speaker, and then directly adjacent from it, is the very small carbon fiber coned front of the speaker and then completely enclose it all the way and the size of front speaker enclosed area be one third the size of the area of space in the back part of the speaker area
