Perfect fit, Not so perfect charge

I've been searching high and low for a comfortable pair of earbuds for my small ear canals. They fit like a dream. However, they don't seem to hold a full charge. I left them in a fully-charged case for a week, and when I took them out, they were at 90% instead of 100%.
