They are easy to control not to sensitive that if you have a hat or bandana on it doesn't effect them

The earbuds are big. My ears start to hurt after a short time of use, less than 1 hour. Granted these are earbuds, but the ANC does not begin to dull any environmental noise. Music clarity is ok.

My charger won’t charge
