Poor ability to make adjustments on earbud

Earbuds are not very responsive when trying to change the volume. I hate that you pretty much have to use the app. I tried your Jlab Epic Sport 3 which where almost twice as these and the volume was so low that I returned them.
I would really like to endorse your products but the ones I've tried are seriously lacking! Maybe I got a crappy pair of the Epic Sport 3, they seemed to be made better but ......
Do you make a premium in ear earbud with an ear hook? Really disappointed as I have had a better experience with your company's products in the past.
