They don't fit as snuggly in my ears as I hoped and my music snd conversation leaks out. At times they do cut out and I have to place them back in the charger to reset them. However, all that being said, it does block out external sounds allowing for a good listen session whether music or phone conversation. I do recommend them as the quality of sound is very good and once I am able to get them seated right in my ears, they are very comfortable.

Comfortable for small ears. The only earbud on the market that I've found to fit my small ear canals. Sound quality is good
