I was not aware that the ear buds wasn't compatible with a charging pad. Also, they didn't last as long as my Samsung ear buds. I will be returning them.

Battery doesn't last 20 as advertised on box and jblab App doesn't do that much for this model

Never bought expensive ear buds so sound quality on these are okay for me. However only downside is the type c male charging cable attached to the unit had to buy an adaptor to be able to charge as only got a iPhone SE bit of a con as the other set of jlabs had universal usb adaptor
