Frustrated! 2 different cases same issue

The buttons on the side for volume up & down are very hard to push, you have to use two hands to press for volume buttons. So I called the company they sent me a new one and that one as well has the same issue. Very hard to press, it’s like the buttons don’t line up with the true buttons of the phone or the cases plastic buttons are so high the true button of the phone is so low to connect. The lock button is perfect just not those 2 volume ones. Discouraging! Not made correctly!

Gear4 phonecases are the best!

It's my 2nd case from this brand and I like it even better than the first. Not only does it feel and look solid but it does it without being clunky. My new phone is on the heavy side but fortunately, the Crystal Palace case doesn't add significantly to the weight. And lastly, it's the 1st clear case I've had that isn't scratched 5 minutes out of the box. I'm guessing this case will be a keeper for the long haul!

Great Screen Protection but ...

The screen protector is great, but sadly it makes the finger print reader less sensitive, making the unlock process less natural (you need to firmly press the finger to get it recognized)

This thing has so many fingerprints on it it has to be a germ cesspool what a ridiculous excuse for a case while it may serve the purpose of protection I am disgusted by the fingerprint attraction it has... I absolutely do not recommend

I love the case but my fingerprints are all over it & very visible. I am constantly cleaning it every time I touch my phone, it is very annoying. But it is a beautiful case minus all the fingerprints.

Dropped my phone by accident from no less than 5ft although it says 13ft resistance drop, the whole back side of the phone shattered, case is completely useless

Decent case. Easy to grip. Clear as pictured. Would like a bit more protection for the screen but don't know how without compromising the comfort of the grip. Haha
