I love my new dryer. It is efficient and easy to use like all Whirlpool products. I depend on there reliability! After 14 years I finally had to replace my old Whirlpool dryer.

This morning, I pulled out a wrinkled cashmere sweater and used the refresh cycle for only 4 minutes. The wrinkles came out and no, my sweater didn't shrink in four minutes.:)

Works good. Wish some of the auto settings would let you choose a lower heat setting. Steam/refresh cycle sometimes gets the clothes a little too wet. Pretty well satisfied.

Door is hard to shut. Had a Duet for 10 years prior and door was easier to close. Lint builds up on outer side of lint screen, which tells me that some lint is bypassing screen. This is not a deal breaker as long as you check for lint in ventilation system. If the duet set last 10 years, like the first set did, I'll be very happy. We wash a lot of laundry!

I do own the matching washing machine which I absolutely love but my one frustration with the dryer is that it senses when clothes are dry and stops running. The clothes are still damp and it continues to shut down. Maybe it's just the one I own but it's really irritating when you're trying to go somewhere and you can't get out the door on time. I love love love the washing machine!!
