This product has many good features

The size of the dryer is excellent for handling a king size bedspread.The automatic drying time length for the bulky and heavy duty settings are sometimes not sufficient to dry the items so I have to either run the items through a second time or add some manual minutes. But the dryer is easy to use and some items can now be dried and I do not need to iron them. I particularly like the Quick Refresh and Wrinkle Shield options.

It takes a bit of getting used to, but it mostly works. It is nice to have some of the settings, but sometimes the electronics glitch and the dryer has to be shut down and restarted. It seems also that they are building all washers and dryers lower so that you are encouraged to buy an expensive stand to lift it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this set for a month. This dryer is fantastic. My clothes are dried in half the time of my last front loader set. I love how quiet it is. Efficient, sharp looking, fantastic dryer.

My wife loves this dryer

My wife hated this dryer's Maytag predecessor because she felt that this dryer dried too fast and too hot. This Whirlpool dryer dries all our clothes just right and just as fast. All the features help dry all fabrics just like my wife likes them dried. If my wife is happy with the appliance, I'm happy. Great job!

I've had the dryer for almost two years and like all the features. My favorite feature is the steam feature for keeping clothes wrinkle free.

We bought this dryer to replace a dryer that was only two years old and quit working. The old dryer took 2 - 3 cycles to dry one load of clothes and if not extremely careful with the setting would literally burn clothes and bedding. The new Duet is awesome. It is extremely quiet. The clothes dry in the same time it takes the washer to complete a cycle if not sooner. I love the "wrinkle shield" feature which keeps fluffing the clothes every few minutes until you are able to take the clothes out. The steam feature to refresh clothes is awesome as well. I would strongly recommend this dryer to anyone. The day I got it I did 6 loads of laundry with ease.
