I bought this a couple months ago, but because we are working on our house yet, I haven't had a chance to use it! It looks great and I am soooooo anxious to use it!

Over all produce=t works as expected. The only problem is the way clothes get tangled in washer. It makes them hard to get out.

The features on the product are great. The labeling of the options sould be larger and maybe darker. My wife has vision problems and I have to assist her with the options at times. Also, bulky items like comforters require reshuffling in the dryer and several cycles to dry them. Overall, a very good dryer, though.

A repeat performance

We purchased the Whirpool duo about six years ago when we built our home and were very happy with the performance and style of them. Could not have been happier. We recently purchased a home and when it was time to choose a washer and dryer there was no need to do any research. We were sold on Whirlpool. Once again we chose the Duo and once again are very happy with the performance. Just received notification about the extended warranty and have to admit I thought "why". I feel very confident with my Whirlpool products, I didn't need any service in six plus years on my other Duo.

I love the steam feature the dryer offers. I have used it and enjoy being able to refresh a shirt or pants on the go. The dryer had all the features I was looking for. I highly reccomend it! It truly has been an energy saver. The dry time for any load wether it's towels, jeans, or regular clothes. The large capacity allows me to wash and dry just about anything! I also bought the matching washer and am looking to buy the matching pedestals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dryer can detect the wet automatically.Don't worry about the clothes not dry. It can add the time if it detect the clothes still wet.So smart.

I love my new dryer. Everything dries quickly. The steam cycle is so great. Using the dryer rack for sweaters and shoes a real plus. Makes life so much easier. Not complicated to use. Saves on electricity too.
