Monster Oven!

Bought this ten months ago and have loved it. Ly this week the oven stopped working for some reason (gas burners on top still work). Will be calling customer support but good news is there’s 2-4 year warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A work in progress, Great look

Delivery took a month longer than we were told, we called to make sure it was in stock before it was ordered. We were told it was in stock, that was not accurate information. The stove was delivered with
a defective regulator. We called and were promissed a new part in 2 days, that took an additional day longer than we were told. We are still waiting to see if kucht will pay for the extra service charge and labor for the gas company technician to remove and replace the defective regulator that arrived with the stove. The actual product looks beautiful and wonderfully made.

A dream come true

I have been without a range for months and just received it a couple days ago. It’s beautiful and simplistic. I love how the racks in the oven roll out so easily. My last range I couldn’t get them to move. Haven’t got to use it a lot but it’s Christmas so here we go.

My wife's been overthinking buying a big range for a while now- she finally pulled the trigger and bought this range. If you like to cook, don't hesitate- buy this range. It's high quality and really good looking. You won't regret this purchase.

So far so good

I have only used the range a few times but used to cook my thanksgiving turkey and it turned out fabulous. The burners are nice but why do the grates have to weigh 100 pounds! Other than that so far so good. I have only had the range for a couple weeks. Delivered with only a day delay which was great as right now you can’t seem to get anything in a good timeframe much less at all. It’s super nice that you have someone from Kucht calling you for a change not the other way around. That was a bonus I was not expecting. Great touch!

So far looks good, haven’t used it yet. The oven door did have a chip on the interior right side but so far customer service has been good to respond.
Will update further when I get this fixed snd use the oven.
