this stove is definitely more powerful than other ("non professional") line ones that I've owned in the past. I really like the esthetics and simplicity of it. Self cleaning oven would be nice. The igniter went in 1st year. Kucht is sending me a new one in the mail and will walk us through installing as it is apparently very simple.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this stove because I love the color and I read all the reviews and was blown away about the 5 star ratings. I LOVE this stove. Customer service is great, delivery a breeze and the stove is so well made. I will so recommend this to everyone. I have nothing but positive things to say.

The stove looks great. It heats up fast and it is powerful. The delivery of the stove and the shipping was a nightmare. I had to purchase and return 3 stoves before I received a stove that was acceptable. Acceptable means not visibly damged. The stoves that were delivered had damged doors etc. The one I accepted had no visble signs of damge. The damage on this stove are on the oven racks that are missing the side piece that keeps the oven rack in place. This was not discovered until the entire appliance was unpacked and installed. In all fairness to the product I can not review its function. I can state it looks beautiful. It is heavy and requires a good installer. The companies customer service is friendly and polite when you get them on the phone.They are very busy. They need a better system for the delivery of their product.
