Stopped working

We bought this oven about 3 years ago because we wanted the option to switch out the color doors. It looks great, but the oven just stopped working. We set it to 400° and it just won't heat up. There's a 4 year parts and labor warranty that I'm hoping will be helpful to us, but it's just a headache we don't want to deal with because this oven broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got it installed yesterday and all looks good so far. Looks Great. Makes lots of fire. Not unmanageable with all the parts that will come off, taken off. Love it so far. Still waiting on island granite. Awesome.

Beautiful Oven

I bought this oven after retiring my previous 20 year old oven, hoping this one keeps up for just as long! I have only has it for a month but so far it's doing its job just fine. It is beautiful and I am excited to have the ability to change the door color if my kitchen color theme changes! One short fall is there is not clock or timer on the oven. Also it is a a bit deeper than my old oven and the knobs stick out/ are large so I have a draw that can't open all of the way because of how clunky the knobs are. I also love the various burner sizes to better heat up various pot sizes.

This range is beautiful and easy to use. The oven is heating above the set temperature but I have yet to troubleshoot. It could have been an installation issue.
