Love it so far

I did a lot of research after our previous less-than-2-year-old range reached the end of its dismal life, and this is just what we were looking for. This range is sturdy and powerful without the unnecessary bells and whistles found on many residential ranges these days. My husband is a chef, and we were looking for a commercial-style range. We do a lot of home cooking and baking, and need something that can hold up to our use.
The customer service has been wonderful so far, and the 4-year warranty is what ultimately made me decide on this product.

A Solid Choice

This is a very attractive range. The feel of quality is seen with the features from top to bottom. The strength (BTUs) of the range is also competitive. Mostly, it just looks great - and the service is amazing. Two calls with questions and friendly professionals were right there to answer questions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stove

We just installed the stove. My contractors were extremely impressed with the feel of it, the weight and the sheer power of the flame. They mentioned more than once how good the stove was. It looks and feels so expensive and yet so easy to use. The oven is so wide and I can easily put 4-5 dishes to keep warm.
Customer service was very quick to answer the phone and walked us through the installation.

Great so far

Just had it installed with my remodel and so far it works ok from what I can tell. The front control knob area gets very hot. Is this normal? Also can’t tell when it’s heated to selected temperature. Also are those lights above the knobs? Are they supposed to light up? If so they don’t light up.

Great Looking Stove

I just had this installed and it is a heavy piece of equipment. Knobs are incredible and well built which is always a concern. Can't wait to get cooking!

Beautiful

I never expected to own such a beautiful appliance. This stove can be lit with a match without power (we live in an area with inclement weather and power outages). Our last stove could not. You can bake with or without convection, which is so convenient. We ordered the black door and it was easy to change out (it comes with a stainless steel door on). It's pretty heavy so it took some effort to get in the house, but we managed. My favorite feature is the ability to purchase this already converted for propane (LP model). We purchased the KNG301LP-K. Customer service is excellent!

Stability

I haven't cooked or baked yet, just received it yesterday. I turned on the oven to burn out oils like recommended and the knobs got so hot. We've adjusted the legs and the range still doesn't feel stable, it's level but I feel like it's going to topple over.
